What should I do if double payments have been made?

We collect payment for Octalarm Connect by direct debit via iDeal, Bancontact or credit card.
If you also made a manual bank transfer for the same period, we will refund that bank transfer automatically. We refund it to the bank account you used for the transfer.
This is resolved as follows
No action is required.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take several business days to appear on your account statement.
