What should I do if double payments have been made?

You pay Octalarm Connect by direct debit via iDeal, Bancontact, giropay or credit card. If you transferred your Octalarm Connect payment via bank transfer, we will refund this payment to the account number you used to pay.

This does not require any action by you.
