Switching off the alarm dialler in a controlled manner

Always switch off the alarm dialler in a controlled manner to prevent system errors. If you abruptly remove the power cable and battery, you may damage the dialler, causing it to stop functioning.

To switch off the alarm dialler correctly, follow these steps:

1. Slide the housing cover upwards until you hear it click.
2. Disconnect the power cable from the socket.
3. Next to the battery, press and hold the PWR-OFF button until the LED bar turns blue. The dialler then switches off.

Note: Switching off the alarm dialler stops the entire alarm procedure. Only switch off the device when you are preparing it for transport, sending it for service, or permanently stopping its operation.
