Shut down the alarm dialler in a controlled manner

Abruptly removing the power cable and battery may, in a rare case, cause the system to malfunction and therefore stop working. It is therefore important to shut down the dialler in a controlled manner.

• Move the housing cover up until you hear a click.
• Remove the power cable from the socket.
• Next to the battery, press and hold PWR-OFF until the LED bar turns blue. After this, the dialler is switched off.

Note: if you shut down the alarm dialler, the entire alarm procedure is of course cancelled. We recommend that you only switch off the device for transport after preparing the installation, before sending it for service or when completely stopping the operating activity.
