How do I replace the battery?

The rechargeable LiFePO4 battery (LFR18650-2S | 6.4V/1500mAh | 9.6WH) included with the purchase of the Octalarm alarm dialler has a service life of 3 years. The dialler tells you when to change the battery. You can easily replace the battery yourself.

Explained step-by-step

• Move the housing cover up until you hear a click.
• Detach the Velcro battery holder (1) and the battery connector (2) and remove the old battery.
• Place the new battery on the battery surface and secure it tightly with the Velcro (1).
• Then reconnect the connector (2).
