Touch IP65

Octalarm alarm diallers have a protection rating of IP42. You can place the dialler in a clean room where no strong contamination or splashing water are likely to occur. For less clean areas and in places where there is a risk of splashing water, we supply a sealed cabinet with an IP65 protection rating, the Touch IP65.

How to mount the alarm dialler in the IP65 cabinet

Because the standard IP65 cabinet has been modified by us with a mounting rail and supplied cover plate (and accompanying screws), quick and simple installation is possible in just 7 steps.

1. Open the cabinet and unscrew the 3 screws of the cover plate.
2. Remove the black cover plate from the cabinet by giving the clips some counter pressure and pulling the plate forward.
3. Remove the bottom two screws (from the viewpoint when the Adésys logo is on the top right of the cabinet).
4. Slide the Octalarm alarm dialler (not included) with the appropriate recesses on the back of the alarm dialler, over the top screws.
5. Open the dialler cover and screw back the two screws removed under step 3.
6. Connect all necessary cables. For this, use the notches available in the IP65 cabinet as desired.
7. Refit the cover plate and re-tighten the 3 screws.
