How do I link a dialler to the portal?

By adding the dialler(s) in a company account created on the portal. You will need the serial number and the connect code to do this.

Good to know:
1. the diallers may be installed in different locations;
2. all users can manage linked diallers remotely. For each contact in the dialler, create a user within the company account in the portal. With their username and password, contacts can log in to Octalarm Portal and then access the dialler via Remote setup using their dialler login details.

1. at least software version 2.2.2;
2. a connection to the internet and the web portal is enabled.
