How do I pair a dialler to the portal?

Add the dialler to your company account in the portal. You need the dialler’s serial number and connect code.

Good to know:

1. You can link diallers installed in different locations.
   
   
2. All users in the company account can manage linked diallers remotely. Create a portal user for each contact in the dialler. Contacts can then log in to the Octalarm Portal and access the dialler via Remote setup, using their dialler login details.
