Pair alarm dialler(s)

• In the top navigation, go to the Devices tab.
• Add a device by clicking + or Add Device.
• Enter the serial number and connect code.
  

  Good to know:

  1. You can find the serial number and connect code in the Octalarm alarm dialler’s system information under Settings | General | System Info.
     
     
  2. If you are not logged in, you can also find this information on the dialler's dashboard by pressing the question mark icon ().
     
     

• Click Search. When the dialler is linked, the portal displays: Found, linked to ... (where "..." indicates the number of companies linked to the dialler).
• Click Add to complete the pairing.

Note: Repeat bullet points 2 to 5 for each dialler you wish to link with your company account.
