System information
The System information
screen displays all details about the Octalarm alarm dialler that you may need for servicing or when contacting the helpdesk. The helpdesk will require the serial number and the connect code.
Good to know: The connect code is a security code that changes regularly. You do not need to write it down or keep it.
Remote support
Adésys specialists may occasionally need to access your alarm dialler remotely. You must explicitly grant access by pressing Enable
. The dialler will automatically disable access after one hour.
