System info

System info provides all the information of the Octalarm alarm dialler that you may need to service the dialler or when contacting the helpdesk. For the helpdesk, you will need the serial number and the connect code.

Note: the connect code is a security code that changes. As a result, there’s no point in writing these down and keeping them.
