I have not yet received my monthly bill, but the amount has already been debited. How is this possible?

The payment process is fully automatic and may take some time. If we have already debited the amount but you have not yet received an invoice by Email, the payment has not been fully processed.
This is resolved as follows
Do the following:
- Wait until the payment is fully processed. We send the invoice automatically once the payment is complete.
- Check the invoice delivery settings in your company account. We send invoices to the Email addresses you configured for invoice delivery.
- Download the invoice from the portal if needed.
