Product style icon duty Duty schedule menu

Good to know: In Flowchart and example situations (with roadmap), we use three examples to explain how to configure the components of the duty schedule module.

The Duty schedule menu shows all service groups, sorted by name.

  • If you have not created any shifts yet, the duty schedule includes all contacts from the service group. This prevents a situation where nobody receives an alert.
  • A shift defines which contacts from the service group receive alerts and when. You can choose the day of the week on which the shift starts.
  • You can start a shift only during the day. You cannot start a shift in the evening or at night.

Create at least one shift to use the duty schedule.

For example, you can create shifts such as:

  • Daytime;
  • Nighttime;
  • Weekend;
  • Even weeks;
  • Odd weeks;
  • Holidays.
