Why don’t I see the firmware update?
It is possible that:
- the alarm dialler is not connected to the internet;
- the web portal is disabled;
- a firewall in the company network prevents uploading.
This is resolved as follows
Reason 1
On the dialler’s dashboard, check that the GSM and Ethernet connection are active. See Dashboard: Logged in for further explanation. When both are not active, the dialler does not have Internet access. Make sure at least one of the two components is active.

Reason 2
Enable the web portal.

Reason 3
In case your network has a firewall that does not allow incoming connections by default, you will need to make adjustments to your firewall when using the web interface.
