Product style icon duty Weekly schedule menu

Good to know: In Flowchart and example situations (with roadmap), we use three examples to explain how to configure the components of the duty schedule module.

Multiple weekly schedules

If service groups have different working hours, you can create multiple weekly schedules in the duty schedule module. If all service groups have the same working hours, you do not need to create additional weekly schedules. The default weekly schedule is sufficient.

Set start and end times

For all seven days of the week, you set when the day and night start. The dialler uses these times to schedule contacts in the duty schedule. You cannot set a separate morning or afternoon shift.

Set weekend days

Because you can suppress alarms per contact input for Daytime, Nighttime or In the Weekend (see Alarms | Configuring inputs), you specify which days of the week belong to the weekend.

Note: If you set a day in the weekly schedule to Weekend (for example Sat and Sun), an input for which you have unticked In the Weekend will not trigger an alarm until after the configured weekend (so usually not until Monday).
