How do you know if a new firmware version is available?

You can check if your dialler uses the latest firmware under Settings | Software update. Here, you will also find the release notes and version history.

Tip: Ensure the dialler is connected to the internet and the web portal is enabled. This way, your device will always have the most recent firmware version.

When the message New software available appears on the alarm dialler display, you can update the firmware yourself. The update process is safe and quick—it takes about 15 seconds—so the alarm remains available.

You can also manually check for updates.
