What is the difference in remote setup via portal and via IP address?
Via Octalarm portal (portal.octalarm.com)
You access the dialler via a website (Octalarm Portal), giving you global access to your dialler.
Via the dialler’s IP address
By entering the dialler’s IP address on a web browser in the local network, you can only access alarm diallers that are connected to the internet within the same company network. So you can only set up local diallers online.
