Can I transfer my current subscription to a new owner?
No. We advise against this.
A subscription is registered to one organisation and is linked to its invoice history. By law, we must keep invoices for seven years. If you transfer a subscription, ownership, rights, and billing may become unclear.
Solution
During a business takeover, we work with you to ensure the new subscription continues seamlessly from the old subscription. This prevents duplicate costs and keeps the service running.
