What should you do if you forget your password?

You may encounter one of the following situations:

1. A contact has forgotten their password, but an Administrator or Installer still remembers their own password.
2. No one can remember any passwords.

Solution

Only a contact has forgotten their password

An Administrator or Installer can reset the password for any contact. See detailed instructions in Contacts | Add and edit: Forgotten your password?.

No one remembers any password

If nobody can log in, you can reset the account on the dialler by signing in with your company account. See detailed instructions in Dashboard: Forgotten password.
