What can I do if I forget my password?
It is possible that:
- a contact does not remember his/her password, but an Administrator or Installer does have access with his/her own password;
- ALL passwords of contacts have been forgotten.
This is resolved as follows
Reason 1
An Administrator or Installer can change the password of contacts.

Reason 2
There is no one to modify the existing passwords. You can then reset the dialler login with your company account login details.
