The duty schedule module contains three sections:

  1. the weekly schedule - the duty schedule module allows working with multiple weekly schedules;

  2. the service groups - service groups (including active contacts) link to alarm inputs;

  3. the duty schedule - for scheduling contacts according to specific duties.
