How do I grant remote setup access to a contact?

To enable remote setup for a contact:
- Add the contact to the alarm dialler with a username and password.
- Add the same contact as a user within your company account on the portal (portal.octalarm.com).
- The contact can log in to the portal using their own Octalarm portal credentials.
- Once logged in, the contact can use their dialler login details for remote setup of the alarm dialler.
