How do I grant remote setup access to a contact?

To enable remote setup for a contact:

  1. Add the contact to the alarm dialler with a username and password.
  2. Add the same contact as a user within your company account on the portal (portal.octalarm.com).
  3. The contact can log in to the portal using their own Octalarm portal credentials.
  4. Once logged in, the contact can use their dialler login details for remote setup of the alarm dialler.
