Good to know: interfaces realised via additional REST API:
- Priva Office (see Priva Office for ARA-Pro Next)

External alarm diallers
It is possible to notify alarms from the Touch and Touch-Pro to an ARA.
Good to know: make sure that the diallers can find each other through the (company) network, by:
1. placing the diallers in the same network;
2. linking the different networks.

Dupline
It is possible to report alarms from Dupline generators to an ARA.
Good to know: current limitations:
1. there is a limit of 25 linked I/O modules;
2. the display of the I/O modules on the dialler and on the portal are not yet ready.
These limitations have been fixed in a subsequent release.
Note: users of ARA5 switching to ARA-Pro Next must make some changes to their Dupline hardware configuration before they can send alerts to ARA-Pro Next. See Dupline for ARA-Pro Next: Hardware configuration for further explanation.

ARA components
Alarm status
The alarm status screen displays:
- a current overview of all active alarms. Once an alarm is restored, it disappears from the alarm status screen.
- the status of the call procedure.
Duty schedule
The duty schedule allows you to set alternating breakdown services for a longer period. The licence is included by default in ARA-Pro Next. See Duty schedule module for further explanation.
The dialler: contacts, alarms, settings and logbook
ARA-Pro Next runs on an ARA-Touch Pro. Setting up the dialler is the same as for the Touch Pro (see all chapters under Alarm dialler settings).
