Ex B: weekly schedule menu

• In this example, employees do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. Set these days as Weekend.
• The service group Cultivation uses the default schedule.
• For the service group Laboratory, we create a new schedule.

Good to know: the Weekend tick does not affect the duty schedule.

Configure Weekly Schedule

For service group Cultivation

1. Go to Settings.
2. In the navigation, scroll to Schedule.
3. Click Edit.
4. For all working days, change the Start of day schedule to 07:30 and the Start of night schedule for Monday to Thursday to 16:30 and for Friday to 16:00.
5. Under Saturday and Sunday, tick Weekend.
6. Click Save.

The week schedule then looks as follows:

For service group Laboratory

1. Go to Settings.
2. In the navigation, scroll to Schedule.
3. Click Standard and select New....
4. Give the weekly schedule a name (in this example, Laboratory) and click Add.
5. For all working days, change the Start of day schedule to 9:00.
6. For Friday, change the Start of night schedule to 16:00.
7. Under Saturday and Sunday, tick Weekend.
8. Click Save.
