The web portal is enabled by default. This allows you to:

  1. use the Adesys Alarm app;
  2. use remote setup for your diallers worldwide;
  3. receive software updates.

Note: if you disable the web portal, we cannot guarantee that you will have up-to-date software and the alarm dialler may be restricted as a result. Additionally, you will not be able to use the Octalarm Connect SIP/VoIP connection and the Octalarm Connect SMTP/Email connection.

Enabling/disabling the web portal

  • Go to Settings.
  • In the navigation, scroll to Web portal.
  • Click Edit.
  • Check Component activated on or off.
  • Click Save.
