Creating a log file remotely

Do you wish to provide a comprehensive overview of the log to, for example, your insurance company following an incident? You can create and download a log file remotely.

• Go to Logbook.
• Click on Create log file.
• Choose the type of log file you wish to create:
  • All: log file including all events;
  • All alarms: log file containing all alarms and notifications;
  • Change log: log file listing all system changes;
  • Filter: log file based on the current filter settings (as selected in the log).
• Click on Create log file. The system compiles the file and displays the progress as a percentage.
• Click on Download file.

Good to know: You can find the downloaded CSV file in your computer’s Downloads folder.
