Create a log file remotely

You can create and download a log file remotely. This is useful if you need to share an overview of events, for example with your insurer after an incident.

• Go to Logbook.
• Click Create logfile.
• Select the type of log file:
  • All: includes all events;
  • All alarms: includes all alarms and notifications;
  • Change log: lists all system changes;
  • Filter: uses the current filter settings in the log.
• Click Create logfile. The system generates the file and shows the progress as a percentage.
• Click Download file.

Good to know: The portal downloads the log file as a CSV file. You can find it in your computer’s Downloads folder.
