Good to know: We collect payment for Octalarm Connect or Octalarm Connect XL subscriptions monthly by direct debit. You receive the invoice in your company account on the portal, and we send it to the Email addresses provided, no later than two days after payment.

Tip: Add your accounts payable as a user in your company account to ensure that invoices are sent directly to their Email address each month. For instructions, see The portal: portal.octalarm.com | Octalarm portal set up | Add user(s).

Note: If you want to send invoices to an Email address managed by accounting software, check with your provider to ensure the software can process these messages correctly.

You can always view the full invoice history in your company account on the portal and download previous invoices if required.

To view and download your invoices:

  • Log in with your Email address and password at https://portal.octalarm.com.
  • At the top, go to the Account tab.
  • In the left-hand menu, click Octalarm Connect.
  • Click Show invoices. (You may need to scroll down.)
  • Click the info icon beside the relevant invoice. (Use the filter options if needed.)
  • At the bottom of the Invoice details pop-up, click Download to save the invoice to your computer.
  • Click Close to exit.

Failed payment

If a direct debit payment for Octalarm Connect fails, a notification appears immediately in your company account.

Good to know: Payment issues do not affect the operation of your Octalarm alarm dialler. Alarm safety is our top priority; we do not terminate subscriptions lightly.

To guarantee your subscription and automatic payments in future, arrange payment manually:

  • Log in with your Email address and password at https://portal.octalarm.com.
  • At the top, go to the Account tab.
  • In the left-hand menu, click Octalarm Connect. You will see all payments, with outstanding ones at the top.
  • Click Make payment for the relevant item.

    Good to know: If Make payment is not visible yet, try again later. The bank can take up to one business day before enabling manual payment.

  • Choose payment via iDeal (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) or credit card.
  • Click Continue and follow the instructions.

Note: We will use the account number used for this payment for future direct debits.

Change account number

  • Log in with your Email address and password at https://portal.octalarm.com.
  • At the top, go to the Account tab.
  • In the left-hand menu, click Octalarm Connect to view your current subscriptions.
  • Click Change payment method. You must authorise this account by transferring €0.02.

    Good to know: This €0.02 payment authorises the new account number for all future direct debits.

  • Choose payment by iDeal (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) or credit card.
  • Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
